We keep these animals and plants ourselves, so we know exactly how it feels to open a box you have waited a week for and find it did not make it. If anything arrives dead or damaged, you get the full product cost back. We have honoured returns like this for five years and we are not about to stop — one bad parcel should not be the end of somebody's hobby.
What we need from you
One unbroken video of the parcel being opened, started before the packaging is cut, sent to us within 24 hours of delivery. A photograph cannot show whether it arrived alive, which is why we ask for video.
Courier charge is not refundable
The refund covers the product, not the shipping. That money has already gone to the courier for a journey they did make, and we cannot get it back. Everything you paid for the living thing itself comes back to you.
Delivery times
2–5 working days to South Indian states, longer elsewhere in India. Same-day or next-day inside Chennai, and you are welcome to collect from us in person instead.
Delays outside our control
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is with the courier we no longer control where it is or when it moves, and we cannot be liable for delays caused by them. The refund above still stands, however long it took.
