Offices, birthdays, hen parties and school groups. We run a session just for you — your date, your numbers, at ours or somewhere of your own. Tell us roughly when and how many and we’ll work out the rest.
What you’ll learn

Not just what to do on the day — what to do with it afterwards.
- How a sealed garden feeds and waters itself, and why that works.
- Layering a terrarium so it drains, breathes and lasts — the part that decides whether it survives.
- Choosing plants that suit a jar, and the common ones that never do.
- Keeping yours alive afterwards: light, watering, and what mould is telling you.
Before you book
- One ticket, one participant. Book a seat each if you are coming together.
- The price covers everything used on the day — jar, plants, soil, hardscape and tools.
- Seats are held for 15 minutes while you pay, then released to whoever is next.
- The fee is non-refundable, but call at least 24 hours before and we will move you to a later date.
- Children are welcome with an adult alongside them.

- Do I need any experience?
- None at all. Most people who come have never planted anything.
- Can children join?
- Yes — with an adult alongside them. It is a lovely thing to do together.
- What should I bring?
- Nothing. Every material and tool is laid out and waiting for you.
- What do I take home?
- The terrarium you built — jar, soil, plants, stones and all, the same day. The tools and reusable equipment stay at the studio, ready for the next session.
